Iām Joanna ā founder of Body Kynd Pilates.
My journey began as an actress but issues with my back led me to more movement based practices including Alexander Technique, Strength Training and finally Pilates ā where I found real, lasting change.
Training with Body Control Pilates in 2016 showed me how powerful simple, precise movement can be. Now I help clients of all ages move better, feel stronger and create a body that supports them in everyday life.
Body Kynd is my way of sharing this thoughtful & human approach with our Woodbridge community ā and growing a movement beyond the studio.
